The best bet for a relaxed day at the pools is the Palatinus Strandfürdô on Margitsziget. Having its own bus stop on the island, the almost 100-year old strand (open air bath) is easy to get to and, after a recent modernization, offers a number of attractions such as wave pools, fontains and a giant slide. Pools are surrounded by lawns and a green wood park. It is a an exceptional site!
